Drink Recipes

MARTINI RECIPES

Absolute Martini
-2 ½ ounces of Vodka
-½ ounce of Triple Sec
-2 oz. Lemon Juice
-Dash of orange bitters
Shake with cracked ice and strain into one of our (chilled) Martini glasses.


Alize Martini
-2 ½ oz. Alize
-1 oz. Vodka
Mix in a one of our Martini Glasses.


Apple Martini
-½ oz. Gin
-½ oz. Apple Pucker
Shake with ice and strain into one of our Martini glasses.


Apple Pie Martini
-3 oz. of your favorite vanilla flavored vodka
-½ oz. Calvados
-½ oz. Dry Vermouth
Shake with cracked ice, strain into one of our (chilled) martini glasses. Garnish with thin slice of apple.


Babyface Martini
-3 oz. of your favorite strawberry flavored vodka
-½ oz. dry Vermouth
-½ tsp. Maraschino Liqueur
Shake with cracked ice and strain into one of our (chilled) martini glasses. Garnish with a strawberry.


Black & White Martini
-3 oz. of your favorite vanilla flavored vodka
-1 oz. Crème de Cacao
Shake with cracked ice and strain into one of our (chilled) martini glasses. Garnish with black and white licorice candies.


Campari Martini
-3 oz. Vodka
-1 oz. Campari
Shake with cracked ice and strain into one of our (chilled) Martini Glasses. Garnish with a lime twist.


Christmas Martini
-3 oz. Gin
-½ oz. Dry Vermouth
-1 tsp. Peppermint Schnapps
Shake with cracked ice and strain into one of our (chilled) Martini glasses. Garnish with a candy cane.


Citrus Martini
-4 oz. Lemon Vodka
-1 oz. Orange Liqueur
-1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
Shake with cracked ice and strain into one of our (chilled) Martini glasses. Garnish with a lemon twist.


Daydream Martini
-3 oz. citrus flavored vodka
-½ oz. Triple Sec
-1 oz. Fresh Orange Juice
-¼ teaspoon sugar
Stir well over cracked ice and strain into one of our (chilled) Martini glasses.

Godiva Chocolate Martini
1 1/2 shots Godiva® chocolate liqueur
1 1/2 shots creme de cacao
1/2 shot vodka
2 1/2 shots half-and-half
Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake and pour into one of our chilled cocktail glasses.

 

MARGARITA RECIPES

Wine and Dine Margarita
-6 oz. Tequila
-3 oz. Triple Sec
-1 oz. Sangria
-1 can of your favorite frozen margarita mix
-3 oz. water
Blend all the ingredients (except the sangria) with ice. Pour the sangria in one of our Margarita glasses rimmed with sugar and top with the blended mixture.


Pink Cadillac Margarita
-2 oz. Tequila
-1 oz. Triple Sec
-2 oz. Lime Juice
-1 oz. Cranberry Juice
-1 tsp. Sugar
Shake with ice and strain over ice into one of our Margarita glasses.


Mango Margarita
-1 oz. Tequila
-1 oz. Mango liqueur
-½ oz. Lime Juice
Shake with ice and strain into one of our salt-rimmed Margarita glasses.


Gold Margarita
-1.5 oz. Herradura Gold Tequila
-½ oz. Cointreau
-Juice from ½ lime
Shake with ice and strain into one of our salt-rimmed Margarita glasses. Garnish with a lime wedge.


Frozen Margarita
-2 tsp. coarse salt
-2 oz. Lime juice
-3 oz. White Tequila
-1 oz. Triple Sec
Rub rim of one of our Margarita glasses with a lime wedge and dip glass into salt to coat rim thoroughly. Pour tequila, Triple Sec, lime juice and 1 cup of crushed ice into a blender. Blend well at high speed and pour into one of our Margarita glasses.


Casa Noble Margarita
-2 oz. Tequila Casa Noble Gold
-½ oz. Grand Marnier
-1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
Shake all the ingredients and pour over crushed ice into one of our Margarita glasses.


Blue Margarita
-1.5 oz. Tequila
-1 oz. Blue Curacao
-1 oz. Lime Juice
Shake with ice and strain into one of our salt-rimmed Margarita glasses.

 

LONG DRINK RECIPES

A Southern Screw
2 oz vodka
2 oz Southern Comfort® peach liqueur
6 oz Sunny Delight® orange juice
ice
Pour over ice, stir and serve in one of our Long Drink Glasses.

Absolut Lemonade
1 oz Absolut® Citron vodka
1 oz amaretto almond liqueur
2 oz sweet and sour mix
ice
Sprite® soda
Mix alcohol, sweet and sour. Add Ice and top off with Sprite serve in one of our Long Drink Glasses.

Adam Sunrise
12 oz Bartons® vodka
1/2 can lemonade concentrate
12 oz water
10 tsp sugar
Fill blender up with ice. Fill half with bartons vodka. Put 10 tsp of sugar, add 1/2 can lemonade concentrate, fill to top with water. Blend for 60 seconds. Serve in one of our Long Drink Glasses.

Banana Cream
2 oz creme de cacao
2 oz banana liqueur
2 oz Bailey's® Irish cream
2 oz milk
Shake the creme de cacao, banana liqueur, Bailey's irish cream and milk together in a cocktail shaker. Take one of our cocktail glasses, and swirl chocolate syrup in the glass and add ice. Pour the mixture from the cocktail shaker into the glass, top with whipped cream, and serve.

Blue Hawaiian
1 oz light rum
1 cherry
2 oz pineapple juice
1 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
1 oz cream of coconut
1 slice pineapple
Blend light rum, blue curacao, pineapple juice, and cream of coconut with one cup ice in an electric blender at high speed. Pour contents into one of our highball glasses. Decorate with the slice of pineapple and a cherry.

Baltimore Zoo
1 shot vodka
1 shot light rum
1 shot gin
1 shot triple sec
1 shot Southern Comfort® peach liqueur
1 shot amaretto almond liqueur
1 shot grenadine syrup
1 dash sweet and sour mix
1 splash beer
Add the liquors and grenadine to one of our highball glasses with ice. Top off with sweet and sour mix, add a splash of beer, and stir.

Cape Cod
1 1/2 oz vodka
4 oz cranberry juice
Combine in one of our highball glasses with ice. Garnish with a wedge of lime, and serve.

Captain and Coke
1 1/2 oz Captain Morgan® Original spiced rum
4 1/2 oz Coca-Cola®
Pour Captain Morgan's Original Spiced Rum and Coca-Cola into one of our highball glasses on the rocks. Mix until the coke fizzes at the top, and serve.

Gin and Tonic
2 oz gin
5 oz tonic water
1 lime wedge
Pour the gin and the tonic water into one of our highball glasses almost filled with ice cubes. Stir well. Garnish with the lime wedge.

Hulk
2 oz Hpnotiq® liqueur
1 1/2 oz Hennessy® cognac
3 - 4 oz Sprite® soda
Pour the Hpnotiq liqueur and Hennessy cognac into a highball glass filled with crushed ice. Fill the rest of the glass with Sprite or 7-UP, stir well, and serve in one of our Long Drink Glasses.

Hurricane
1 oz vodka
1/4 oz grenadine syrup
1 oz gin
1 oz light rum
1/2 oz Bacardi® 151 rum
1 oz amaretto almond liqueur
1 oz triple sec
grapefruit juice
pineapple juice
Pour all but the juices, in order listed, into a hurricane glass three-quarters filled with ice. Fill with equal parts of grapefruit and pineapple juice, and serve in one of our Long Drink Glasses.

Malibu Bay Breeze
1 1/2 oz Malibu® coconut rum
2 oz cranberry juice
2 oz pineapple juice
Blend ingredients and serve over ice in one of our Long Drink Glasses.

Long Island Iced Tea
1 part vodka
1 part 1800® Tequila
1 part rum
1 part gin
1 part triple sec
1 1/2 parts sweet and sour mix
1 splash Coca-Cola®
Mix ingredients together over ice in a glass. Pour into a shaker and give one brisk shake. Pour back into the glass and make sure there is a touch of fizz at the top. Garnish with lemon in one of our Long Drink Glasses.

Mountain Breeze
1/2 oz vodka
1/2 oz gin
1/2 oz triple sec
1 oz cranberry juice
1/2 oz rum
1/2 oz 1800® Tequila
1 1/2 oz sweet and sour mix
1/2 oz grapefruit juice
Build ingredients over ice in a one of our Long Drink Glasses, shake and garnish with a lime wedge.

Tequila Sunrise
2 msr 1800® Tequila
orange juice
2 dashes grenadine syrup
Pour tequila in one of our highball glasses with ice, and top with orange juice. Stir. Add grenadine by tilting glass and pouring grenadine down side by flipping the bottle vertically very quickly. The grenadine should go straight to the bottom and then rise up slowly through the drink. Garnish stirrer, straw and cherry-orange.

Tom Collins
2 oz gin
1 oz lemon juice
1 tsp superfine sugar
3 oz club soda
1 maraschino cherry
1 slice orange
In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the gin, lemon juice, and sugar. Shake well. Strain into one of our Long Drink Glasses almost filled with ice cubes. Add the club soda. Stir and garnish with the cherry and the orange slice.

 

CHAMPAGNE FLUTE RECIPES

A Goodnight Kiss
4 oz Champagne
1 splash Campari® bitters
1 sugar cube
1 drop Angostura® bitters
Place a drop of angostura bitters on a sugar cube and drop into one of our champagne flutes. Add champagne and splash of campari.

Black Velvet
5 oz chilled stout
5 oz chilled Champagne
Pour stout into one of our champagne flutes. Add champagne carefully, so it does not mix with stout, and serve.

Champagne Cocktail
2 dashes bitters
1 tsp sugar
chilled Champagne
1 twist lemon peel
Place one lump of sugar with bitters in one of our chilled champagne flutes. Fill with chilled champagne. Add the twist of lemon peel and serve.

Fizzy Fuzzy Navel
1 1/2 oz peach schnapps
2 oz orange juice
fill with Champagne
Pour schnapps and orange juice over 2 ice cubes. Fill with champagne and stir gently. Serve in one of our champagne flutes.

Marilyn Monroe
4 oz Champagne
1 oz apple brandy
1 tsp grenadine syrup
Pour into one of our champagne saucer's, and serve with two cherries on a stick.

Player's Passion
2 oz cognac
2 oz Alize® liqueur
4 oz Champagne
Pour pre-chilled ingredients in order into one of our champagne saucer's. Stir, and serve.

 

SHORT COCKTAIL RECIPES

Amaretto Cherry Sour
1 - 2 oz Amaretto Di Amore® liqueur
1 oz sweet and sour mix
1 tbsp Rose's® grenadine syrup
1 - 2 oz Sprite® soda
Chill all ingredients before serving. Pour over crushed ice in one of our medium-sized cocktail glasses, and stir well. Top with a maraschino cherry, and serve.

Bloody Mary
1 oz Smirnoff® No. 21 Vodka
3 oz tomato juice
2 red hot sauce
2 green hot sauce
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
0.5 oz lemon juice
1 pinch salt
1 pinch peppers
1 stalk celery
Add Smirnoff No.21 Vodka, tomato juice, red hot sauce, green hot sauce, Worchester sauce, lemon juice, pinch of salt, pinch of pepper.
Pour back and forth between two mixing glasses.
Strain into an ice-filled one of our highball glasses.
Garnish with celery stalk.

Caribbean Pineapple
1 part Malibu® coconut rum
3 parts pineapple juice
Pour ingredients over ice in one of our old-fashioned glasses. Garnish with a maraschino cherry, and serve.

Flaming Lamborghini
1 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur
1 oz sambuca
1 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
1 oz Bailey's® Irish cream
Pour the sambuca and kahlua into one of our cocktail glasses. Pour the baileys and blue curacao into two separate shot glasses either side of the cocktail glass. Set light the concoction in the cocktail glass and start to drink through a straw (this drink should be drunk in one). As the bottom of the glass is reached put out the fire by pouring the baileys and blue curacao into the cocktail glass and keep drinking till it's all gone.

Colorado Bulldog
1 shot vodka
1 shot Kahlua® coffee liqueur
milk
1 splash Coca-Cola®
In a shaker mix Vodka, Kahlua, and milk. Pour into one of our DOF glasses and add a splash of Coca-Cola.

Royal Flush
1 1/2 oz Crown Royal® Canadian whisky
1 oz peach schnapps
1/2 oz Chambord® raspberry liqueur
1 oz cranberry juice
Pour ingredients into into one of our DOF glasses over ice, strain into a glass, and serve.

FROZEN COCKTAIL RECIPES

Bailey's Banana Colada
1 banana
banana liqueur
Bailey's® Irish cream
pina colada mix
dark rum
Put the banana and banana liqueur into a blender until it becomes a thick paste. Add bailey's to taste; pina colada mix and rum to taste as well. Blend well, add ice, and blend again until smooth. Serve in one of our Margarita glasses.

Banana Daiquiri
1 1/2 oz light rum
1 tbsp triple sec
1 banana
1 1/2 oz lime juice
1 tsp sugar
1 cherry
Combine all ingredients (except for the cherry) with 1 cup crushed ice in an electric blender. Blend at a low speed for five seconds, then blend at a high speed until firm. Pour contents into one of our champagne flutes, top with the cherry, and serve.

Frozen Coconut
1 1/2 oz white rum
1 oz coconut rum
3 tbsp coconut ice cream
Blend briefly with half a glassful of crushed ice. Garnish with a sprig of mint, add straws, and serve in one of our Long Drink Glasses.

Pina Colada
3 oz light rum
3 tbsp coconut cream
3 tbsp crushed pineapples
Put all ingredients into an electric blender with 2 cups of crushed ice. Blend at a high speed for a short length of time. Strain into one of our glasses and serve with a straw.

Golden Cadillac
1 oz Galliano® herbal liqueur
2 oz white creme de cacao
1 oz light cream
Combine all ingredients with 1/2 cup crushed ice in an electric blender. Blend at low speed for ten seconds. Strain into one of our champagne flute and serve.

Ice Cream Genius
2 oz amaretto almond liqueur
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
Blend all ingredients together in a blender. Serve in one of our many glasses.

White Dove
3/4 oz amaretto almond liqueur
3/4 oz white creme de cacao
2 cups ice cream
chocolate syrup
1 1/2 oz whipped cream
Pour amaretto and cream de cacao into a blender cup with the ice cream. Blend until smooth like a shake. Line the inside of a snifter glass with chocolate syrup. Pour drink into one of our Long Drink Glasses and top with whipped cream. Add cherry to top.

TROPICAL COCKTAIL RECIPES

Caribbean Pineapple
1 part Malibu® coconut rum
3 parts pineapple juice
Pour ingredients over ice in one of our old-fashioned glasses. Garnish with a maraschino cherry, and serve.

Death of a Virgin
1 1/2 oz vodka
1 1/2 oz peach schnapps
1 oz lime juice
orange juice
7-Up® soda
Pour vodka, schnapps and lime juice into a glass. Add orange juice until the glass is half-filled, and fill completely with 7-up. Stir well, and serve in one of our Long Drink Glasses.

Fuzzy Navel #2
1 shot DeKuyper® Peachtree schnapps
1/2 shot vodka
fill with orange juice
Orange juice last, stir, serve in one of our Long Drink Glasses and enjoy!

By The Pool
1 oz Midori® melon liqueur
1 oz peach schnapps
1 oz orange juice
1 oz 7-Up® soda
ice
Shake briskly for 10 seconds and serve in one of our Long Drink Glasses over ice.
