We ship our fine glassware with great care usually via UPS. Our shipping costs include shipping charges, insurance, packaging materials and handling costs involved packaging your order.

$90 - $149.99 = $25
$150 - $499.99 = $35
$500 or more = FREE

Alaska & Hawaii shipping:

$150 -$499.99 = $45

Canada:

$0.00 - $89.99 = $25
$90 - $149.99 = $35
$150 -$499.99 = $45

We request information from the customer on our order form. Here a customer must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the customer. Occasionally an item you have ordered may be back ordered. In this case, we will not partial ship the order. We will hold your order until the back ordered items are received, at which time your order will be filled immediately. Rarely, an item may be back ordered for a long time, or out of stock indefinitely. In this case, we will contact you with your options.

We do ship to Canada however currently we can not ship internationally.
