Breakage in shipping

We do our best to pack all of our orders with great care, however we have no control once the shipper takes possession of the package. We do however stand behind all of our orders and If you have any breakage when you receive your package and do have some damage contact is immediately and we will replace your broken item due to shipping damage. You may or may not be required to send the damaged item back to our supplier so make sure you keep the damaged item(s) and all packaging.

 Returns & Cancellations

If your order has not shipped from our supplier you can cancel your order. If this is what you would like to do contact us ASAP via our contact form and we will check to see of your order has shipped. We check our email several times a day.

If you want to return your order you will need to request a return authorization. You will be responsible for all shipping charges, once we receive your authorized return and we inspect your package for breakage (so make sure you pack it well and insure your return) we will issue a refund less original shipping costs.
